Impossible foods have just made the meatless burger possible.
Look at the picture below, which burger do you think is the vegetarian one?
The one on the left right? Wrong.
The scientist at impossible foods, have really perfected their formula , their burger are 100% plant-based.
“Because we use 0% cows, the Impossible Burger uses a fraction of the Earth’s natural resources. Compared to cows, the Impossible Burger uses 95% less land, 74% less water, and creates 87% less greenhouse gas emissions. And it’s 100% free of hormones, antibiotics, and artificial ingredients.”
The impossible burger is made from all-natural ingredients such as wheat, coconut oil, and potatoes.
However, it is heme which takes center stage, the scientist at Impossible foods discovered that it is heme that effectively makes meat… meat.
It is heme which gives meat its smell, makes it bleed, and taste gloriously meaty.
The scientist say when they embarked on the journey to make this burger the first thing they broke down meat to its molecular level. This is how they were able to work backwards to perfect this burger.
