Tommy Hilfiger’s Greenwich House Is On The Market For $6.75 Million.

Drive up to upmarket Connecticut, you will see a cobblestone driveway leading you to the Appleyard Estate.

It is the former home of fashion magnate Tommy Hilfiger, a bold, bright embodiment of the American dream.

The only thing missing here is a white picket fence, then you have the most American of homes. Built in 1999, it is set on 4.6 acres of land, in the town’s historic Round Hill Road district. The property has two floors — each is almost 10,000 square feet.

Hilfiger hasn’t lived here since 2009 but you can just imagine the sorts of parties that were thrown and celebrity secrets held in the walls. The property has a lot of entertainment value, there is a plush cinema room and a dedicated music studio — which Hilfiger originally installed for his daughter, Ally.

There’s a huge terrace, tennis court, swimming pool and solarium and you can guarantee each of the seven bedroom has been slept in by a celebrity.

The property is only 30 miles from Manhattan so if you can’t leave the city  behind you aren’t that far away.
